Our warehouses are open 365 days a year from 7:00 to 23:00.

How do I rent a locker?

You can do this in two ways:

Book online - Choose your booking details on our website www.safeyourluggage.com and proceed to payment by credit/debit card or PayPal.

In a few moments you will receive confirmation of your booking via email.

Attention! The confirmation email will not indicate the number of the locker reserved for you nor the code you will need to deposit and collect your luggage. You will receive this information in a second email, that you will receive by 00. :00 the day before your arrival at the depot.

Book directly in the luggage storage you have chosen - In a few minutes you can book inside the storage using the touchscreen.

Within 10 minutes of booking you will receive a confirmation via email containing a copy of the locker number you selected during booking and the reopening code you chose.

Don't lose it, you will need it to collect your luggage!

How many lockers can I reserve at the same time?

Our system allows you to reserve one locker at a time.

How big are the lockers?

If you are booking online you can view the measurements from the image gallery

If you are booking in the depot, you can view the dimensions from the illustrative signs

How do I book for the whole day?

If you are booking online, just enter the start and end time of the rental.

If you are booked in the deposit, you will only be able to pay immediately for the first 4 hours (you will be asked to pay for the hours after the locker reopens), but don't worry, the daily price will automatically apply after the first 8 hours.

How do I collect my luggage?

If you booked online, by entering the information received via email by 00:00 the day before the start of your rental (you can also find this information in the account you created to proceed with the online booking).

Save this information and enter it on the screen to reopen your locker and collect your bags!

If you have booked in the depot, by selecting the locker number you chose when booking and entering the locker code you chose.

How long can a rental last?

For very long rentals contact us.

What happens if I arrive later than the final time of my rental?

In case of delay, when you collect your baggage the system will ask you for an additional payment for the hours of use exceeding your reservation.

What if I arrive late after closing time?

If you arrive at your depot after closing time, you will necessarily have to collect your baggage the following day, when the shop reopens. At the time of collection you will be asked to pay the excess hourly rate.

Can I change or cancel my booking online?

You can't make changes, but you can cancel your reservation until it is definitively confirmed by the assignment of a box number and respective opening/reopening code. You will receive this information in a second email, which you will receive by 00:00 of the day before your arrival at the warehouse.

At the end of the hours I paid for, will the locker open automatically?

No, your locker will always remain closed.

Oops, I forgot something in the wardrobe, can I reopen it?

Certain! After stowing your luggage, you can reopen it whenever you need it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal (the latter only for online bookings).

Remember that when using your credit card directly at baggage drops, your credit card PIN may be asked for, so keep it handy!

If you book online, the additional security code (Verified by Visa or Securcode by Mastercard) may be required.

But are my bags safe?

Absolutely yes, 100%, our luggage storage facilities are under video surveillance 24 hours a day.

Yes but if something were to happen, is there insurance?

As we told you, our luggage is 100% safe but in the very remote event of theft or damage, all your luggage is guaranteed by the UnipolSai insurance company. Safer than that!
